Embassy House Cabinetry takes great care in the craftsmanship and selection of materials that go into each cabinet that we make. Accordingly, we offer the following warranty.

Except as noted below, we warrant to the original consumer purchaser that the Embassy House cabinets purchased will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own your cabinetry. Under this Limited Lifetime Warranty Embassy House Cabinetry will repair or replace any defective materials at no charge. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the original site of installation, purchased through an authorized dealer.

This Warranty does not apply to cabinets that are misused, abused, neglected, changed or modified in any way, improperly installed or improperly stored, or subjected to significant change in temperature or humidity. This Warranty applies only to defects and does not apply to the natural aging or mellowing of wood and wood finishes due to photo degradation, or to normal wear and tear. It does not cover the removal of defective material or transportation and installation of replacement material. Components not manufactured by Embassy House Cabinetry will carry the warranty of the original manufacturer and are subject to availability from our supplier.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GRANTED BY EMBASSY HOUSE CABINETRY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IS FURTHER LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF DEFECTIVE PARTS OR MATERIALS ONLY. LABOR CHARGES OR DAMAGE INCURRED IN INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, REPAIR OR EXCHANGE, AS WELL AS INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED THEREWITH, ARE EXCLUDED AND WILL NOT BE PAID BY EMBASSY HOUSE CABINETRY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Should you need to make a claim under this Warranty, please contact your authorized Embassy House Cabinetry dealer where you purchased the cabinetry.

This Warranty is our commitment to you that you will have many years of enjoyable use of your Embassy House Cabinetry.
